薛丁华，2023年12月获陕西科技大学轻化工过程系统工程工学博士学位。主要研究方向为人工智能、图像处理、深度学习、遥感影像的分析及应用。近几年在IEEE Transactions on Geoscience and Remote Sensing、IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Applied Earth Observations and Remote Sensing和ICASSP等国际期刊和会议发表论文，专利授权2项，参与国家自然科学基金面上项目2项。担任IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Applied Earth Observations and Remote Sensing、IEEE Geoscience and Remote Sensing Letters等国际期刊审稿人。
