汤汶，教授，陕西省百人计划特聘教授，博士生导师，英国Bournemouth大学教授。自2000年以来为欧洲图形学会英国分会执行委员会委员。多年来从事计算机三维图形理论与应用的研究，包括实时动态，三维物理模形，虚拟现实与增强现实中的人机互动。先后主持英国工程物理及科学基金，英国皇家工程学会，英国Innovate UK项目，以及自然科学基金中英合作项目和上海市科技国际合作项目超过十项，累计研究经费超一千万人民币，并主持开发了多个跨行业虚拟现实系统软件平台。拥有国际发明专利一项。在国际高水平计算机图形会议和学术期刊发表论文80多篇，其中SCI、EI收录36篇。其中5篇为二区SCI论文，1篇为一区SCI论文，两篇学术论文被虚拟现实领域世界顶级会议接受（ACM Symposium on Virtual Reality Software and Technology），Google学者H指数11，优秀论文奖3次。共举办国际计算机图形及应用，British HCI等6界国际会议任会议主席或会议组织委员会主任，主编4本计算机图形及应用书。同时担任多个与计算机视觉、计算机图形以及人工智能相关的国际会议的执行委员会委员和分会主席。任多个国际知名期刊和英国自然科学基金评审专家。
